ABOUT US

You’ve spent so much time taking care of everyone else. Now it’s your turn. Within Her Wellness was created to be more than a place to receive a facial or healing session. It’s a space where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, carrying the weight of everyday life, or simply longing for a moment of peace, every experience is intentionally designed to help you leave feeling more grounded, mentally clear, lighter, and restored. Through holistic skincare, Sacred Flow Healing, and nervous system-focused care, I support more than your skin. I create space for your mind, body, and spirit to soften, regulate, and return to balance through intentional touch, presence, and compassionate care. My hope is that every woman who walks through my door feels seen, safe, and supported, leaving with a renewed sense of peace and a deeper connection to herself. ✨ Come as you are. Leave as more of yourself .
